Franciscan Crown Jade Rosary - Handmade in Scotland
Seven-Decade Crown Tau Rosary
" Long
Beautifully handcrafted in Paisley, Scotland, this substantial seven-decade Franciscan Crown Rosary features 8 mm green jade beads, warm antiqued brass, and original St. Francis designs.
Created in 2026 to commemorate the 800th anniversary of the passing of St. Francis, this special rosary reflects his deep love for God and all of creation. The beautifully detailed metalwork features birds symbolizing the natural world, a small bee inspired by the maker's own work as a beekeeper, and the Tau Cross, a cherished Franciscan symbol of faith in Christ.
The Franciscan Crown Rosary is traditionally prayed while meditating on the Seven Joys of the Blessed Virgin Mary, offering a meaningful way to deepen one's faith and devotion.
Handmade in small batches, each rosary features natural variations in the jade beads, making every piece unique. A beautiful devotional keepsake and thoughtful gift for anyone devoted to St. Francis, the Blessed Mother, or the Franciscan tradition.
Designed by Fiach O'Broin-Molloy and handmade in Paisley, Scotland.
