Return Policy – The Franciscan Store
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Used items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Exceptions
You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival (please notify us within 3 days of delivery).
- The wrong item was sent.
In these cases, we will cover return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a credit will be automatically issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval:

Shipping for Returns
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
- Sale or discounted merchandise.
- Certain personal care items (e.g., used candles or oils) for hygienic and safety reasons.
Holiday Return Policy
For purchases made between November 15 and December 25, we extend our return window to January 25, to accommodate gift-giving.
